Nuremburg, Germany's Marc Johnce is relatively new on the scene, only starting to create mashups just over a year ago in September of 2008. He must know a thing of two about production from before that time, because the man pumps out some neatly executed mashups. Mashup Industies ain't impervious to this fact either, that's why he's on their roster. Volume 1 is a retrospective of all of the blends he's created up until now. We've featured a couple on MTown before, but the majority of these tracks have been remastered for this release. Here's a couple of mint ones to wet your appetite, but go get the whole thing <HERE>.
"Say It Cruel" mashes Ace of Base with Booty Luv and Diamond cut. It's a nu-disco dance-floor burner. "Two Fair Weeks" mashed Lily Allen with Grizzly Bear & Fred Falke. It's still a dance song, but is softer than "Say It Cruel." Both are ridiculously good.
Great to see this here.
I have been playing it for days.
Thanks for the amazing collection.
