"Empire of the sun is my favourite Pop band (at the moment !) ; two simple reason for this : I just love Luke Steele’s voice and his sweet candy melodies. I think Nick Littlemore’s vision of a concept of a « total show and visual music » is most interesting. But when the lyrics of Empire of the sun say that « we are the people to rule the world », it seems that there’re « walkin on a dream » ; that’s why I invited John Lennon - his political message seemed to me a bit more realistic, more and more accurate indeed thesedays « Big Brother » kingdom, and as his « Power to the people » worked perfectly with the Empire of the sun‘s guitar chords ; we could start the demonstration !"
