Mashuptown.com: Introducing DJ DKUB

Hailing from the UK DJ DKUB has been Djing now for about 10 years at smaller venues over the UK, regular slot at a Bear Social Called Ursus London at one of London's more infamous venues - The Royal Vauxhall Tavern, the first Friday of every month. Love playing upbeat party sounds and good mashups, nothing like getting people scratching their heads. Here is the 411 behind the track's origins

The Super Rock Freaks track was created for another DJ friend of mine DJ Ben Jamin, who had a guest slot at Bootie in San Francisco and wanted to take a Great British mashup no-one had heard, so he asked me to whip up a few, two of which I've sent over. I've always loved Primal Scream and Super Freak is just an out and out party classic. It only came into being by complete accident, I was downloading some acapellas whilst listen to Primal scream and the mash was born. He played SRFs as his opening track and it's been lurking on my hard drive since. - DKUB
