Love the example tune in this post. Unfortunately RAR files and my Mac don't talk to each other.

You can download one of the program machacha or stuffit expander, they are both free and they will open the .rar file..

You can download a freeprogram that will open the .rar file, I suggest stuffit expander it worked just fine on my mac.
But there are also machacha..
