DJ Max Entropy has cut a new mashup exclusive to Mashuptown - and it's made with the unreleased LP single.
Well, LP's unreleased single... I really didn't like it the first time I heard the track. I didn't start enjoying it until I actually saw the music video and saw what it was about. After a few times watching (at this time I really started enjoying it) I checked out the lyrics and one bit stuck with me.. "So let mercy come, and wash away.. what I've done.." I mean, their video basically shows world issues and tries to display a message of what we've done as a human race, whereas you can also imply the lyrics into your daily life too.. things we've done wrong that we know we messed up but need to set right. As with any Linkin Park song, there are a lot of ways to relate to the music. And this one is definitely no different. Sure my mashup isn't top notch or anything, but it mashes two songs that really do make an impact on a lot of people and hopefully will show the world we need to do something. The audio used with Land of Confusion's vocals was Genesis's original vocals, whereas the mashup video made by VJ Brewski contains Disturbed's cover of Land of Confusion music video.
Big ups to DJ Max Entropy (Site HERE). Video by VJ Brewski to follow as soon as it's released. Make sure you hit your local record store and pick up Linkin Parks new CD May 15th - the single gets out May 10th. Peace.
Thanks for the feature! Hope some of ya dig this one..

Love the new mash up, the songs go complement each other really well in style and message.

Love this track! Great combination. It seems Phil Collin, Genesis and Peter Gabriel all make great partners to just about any genre.
