Great new track hit the internets today. Pheugoo has released his long awaited 'Sympathy for the Devils'. It was quietly posted on GYBO earlier today under the radar of most. As soon as we heard of it's release we quickly contacted Pheugoo for an interview. Below is a summary of that conversation.
MT: Pheugoo fantastic track release today can you tell us how you came up the the idea of combining the Stones and the Dandy Warhols?
Pheugoo: I never start out with main ideas but i was able to lay my hands on this pella
and I wanted to add a modern poppy record with it. It took me about one and a half days.
MT: Amazing - no prior planning at all just heard the pella and quickly grabbed a supporting track - unbelievable! Ya the Dandy track is very poppy - probably why I dig this track so much.
Pheugoo - You know what Pheugoo stands for?
MT - No I've always wondered.
Pheugoo - 'Pop' - that's the brand and that's what you get.
MT: I curious where did you get the audio of Mick at the end of the track?
Pheugoo - .. I sung the hoooh hooooohhhhh stones backing vocals myself.
