In another fine example of great minds thinking alike, well-respected mashup artists Lobsterdust and Aggro1 both decided on The Guess Who's "American Woman" as source material for their recent experiments. The Lobsterdust track doesn't come through quite as loud and clear as the Aggro1 track, but it ain't nothing a little EQing on your part can't fix.  Lobsterdust is up first, mashing The Guess Who with MSTRKRFT & West Side gangsta crooner Nate Dogg.

If you haven't heard of the latest released from The Kings of Leon then you must have been in a coma for the last while.  So now your better and can listen to a great remix of their title track.  We ran across a great remix of 'Sex on Fire' whilst making our rounds of the internets.  Good stuff with some extra beats and bass.  Tip of the hat to Lohands (blog HERE) who found this Richard Sharky  and Peter Sar remix.  Peace.

DJ not-i Early X-mash present for us all

Just got a twitter dm from a producer who happens to be my favorite Mashup artist at this moment.  I think I penned a late night, bourbon fueled twitter post a while back about the Go-Go's.  Guess what happened to show up underneath my X-mash tree 5 minutes ago?  Yep, not-i Claus came early this year and dropped a great track. MIA vs. Hilary and Haley Duff vs. The Go Gos.  Big ups Travis.
